When do you use owned facilities versus the partner network?
We use our 1m+ sqm of owned manufacturing for high-precision, mission-critical or category-defining work - Nespresso's robotic line, Royal Mail's mission-critical supply, Kellogg's prefilled POS displays. The 2,500+ vetted specialist network handles work that matters at scale or in market - held to the same standards we hold ourselves to.
How does AI fit in to creative production?
70% of our creative production is now AI-augmented. We use it to accelerate ideation, automate adaptation across markets and formats, and free our 750+ creatives to focus on the high-value strategic and craft work. AI is embedded throughout the workflow - not bolted on as a separate tool.
How does sustainability factor in to the model?
EcoVadis Platinum (Top 1% globally) - we audit every supplier, source responsibly, and run regenerative supply-chain programmes. P&G achieved a 15% CO₂ reduction and 100% recycled and mono-materials working with us, alongside a 58% reduction in POS tools (94 to 39).
